Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are a standardised way of providing data about the environmental impacts of a product through the product life cycle, from raw material extraction to end-of-life disposal. With increasing awareness of the significant impact of upfront carbon emissions, regulations, and industry demand for sustainable building materials, EPDs help architects, specifiers, and builders make more informed choices. Airtightness and windtightness supplier Pro Clima, which celebrated 30 years in 2024, has announced EPD certification for its airtightness membranes and tapes, representing the most expansive range of assessed membranes, tapes and glues to date.
